There are Three Dots on the seal of this float.  WP #177 is the Walt Pich identification number of the mark with triangular arrangement of three dots. 

This float measures 3 1/2 inches in diameter.

This authentic glass fishing float was beachcombed on a remote black sand beach in Alaska on the Bering Sea.
